The CP “Strato” 19 inch rack flight cases are available in 2, 3 and 4U heights, with detachable lids front and rear, allowing the user complete access to the equipment. Made from high-tensile aluminium, they are lighter than fibreglass cases. They come complete with 19″ mounting rails on the front face and panel fixing screws, to accommodate any standard piece of 19″ equipment. Depth of rack (excluding covers) 400mm. Weight 4.25kg (2U), 4.9kg (3U), 5.4kg (4U).
They offer solid protection for delicate 19″ equipment against knocks, bumps and other “on the move” hazards. Stacking “indents” are a feature of the seam-welded aluminium body, providing a positive location when racks are stacked on top of each other.
Heavy duty drawbolt catches retain the front and rear lids, and there are neoprene rubber gaskets in each lid to offer weatherproof protection against dust, dirt and rain.
Suitable cage nuts are type 16-025.
