BEYERDYNAMIC PHONUM BLUETOOTH/USB SPEAKERPHONE
A wireless/wired portable “speakerphone” for use with tablets, computers or smartphones whilst using audio or video conference calling apps or software. The product is particularly suitable for groups of people in meeting rooms, capturing audio using a 360 degree microphone array and a loudspeaker for participants to listen to the call. The device is battery powered for absolute freedom of positioning with a range of approximately 10m and includes a hard storage case for portability.
The conference phone provides beamforming mode (Fix & Follow Voice-Tracking) to adjust to the direction of person speaking automatically, omnidirectional mode provides a general pickup of all the audio activity from within a meeting room and cardioid mode is also provided for individual person use.
The device features simple touch controls for volume level, microphone mute, call answering and microphone pickup pattern selection. Visual illumination is provided for showing direction of audio when in beamforming mode, together with battery state and operating status indicators.
Note: The microphone in this unit has a frequency response optimised for speech. It is not recommended for music.
