Intended for use in conference rooms, boardrooms, classrooms and video-conferencing, these Audio-Technica Dante enabled microphones can connect to compatible Dante equipment via a network, using an RJ45 terminated cable.
Audio-Technica’s ATND971a boundary microphone has a cardioid pickup pattern and permanently polarised condenser capsule. The microphone's output is via RJ45 connection and connects to compatible Dante enabled equipment via a shielded CAT5 or CAT6 network cable. This network connection also provides the 1.5W power requirement via PoE. The microphone is compatible with AES67 networks including Livewire, RAVENNA and Q-LAN AoIP (audio over internet protocol).
A touch-sensitive switch, with red/green LED, is positioned on the front of the microphone and allow users to quickly determine toggle/talk/mute status as well as toggle between talk and mute modes. The switch also functions as a press-to-talk or press-to-mute button or can also be used to trigger external equipment – such as pan/tilt of a video camera, or the room’s lighting should the infrastructure and connected equipment be equipped. The microphone has recessed local control on the underside that allows a technician to alter the input gain between +30dB, +40dB and +50dB, add a low-cut filter (flat/roll-off), LED indicator, and lock settings. Settings can also be adjusted remotely.
Frequency response: 30Hz-20kHz. Low frequency roll-off: 80Hz, 18dB/octave. Maximum input: 117dB SPL, 1kHz at 1% THD. Signal to noise: 68dB, 1kHz at 1Pa. Transmission speed: 100Mbps. Power consumption: 1.5W. Weight: 393g. Dimensions (HxWxL): 35.8 x 89.5 x 110mm.
Included accessories: Soft protective pouch.
This Dante enabled microphone desk stand has the network functionality of the ATND971A, however in place of the integrated microphone a 3-pin XLR socket allows the user to use with a compatible gooseneck microphone.
Frequency response: 20Hz-20kHz. Low frequency roll-off: 80Hz, 18dB/octave. Maximum input: -10dBu, +30dB; -20dBu, +40dB; -30dBu, +50dB. Signal to noise: 68dB, 1kHz at 1Pa. Transmission speed: 100Mbps. Power consumption: 1.5W. Phantom power requirements: 12V DC. Weight: 770g. Dimensions (HxWxL): 46.2 x 93.8 x 133mm.
The ATND8734a is a power module with the Dante network and switching functionality of the ATND971a. It has been designed for mounting a gooseneck or hanging microphone with TA3F connector – such as ES933C/MIC, ES933H/MIC, ES933ML/MIC, ES931C/MIC, ES931H/MIC, or ES931ML/MIC. Connection to a network using CAT5e or CAT6 cable is via RJ45 socket. Logic screw terminals can be to trigger functions on compatible Dante enabled devices.
Frequency response: 20Hz-20kHz. Low frequency roll-off: 80Hz, 18dB/octave. Maximum input: -15dBu, +30dB; -25dBu, +40dB; -35dBu, +50dB. Transmission speed: 100Mbps. Weight: 330g. Dimensions (Diameter x Depth): 148 x 47mm.
Included accessories: 4x fixing screws.
