D-sub cable or panel-mount connectors with micro screw terminal connections. This innovative design dramatically reduces installation time and cost by removing the need for soldering or crimping, and so are particularly suitable for field termination.
They can be used in a standard D-sub 9-pin cable shell as screw-terminal cable connectors, or as panel-mounted types with minimum depth requirement.
They are available in both male and female versions, in 9-pin standard density and 15-pin high density configurations. The micro screw terminals accept wires from 0.05 sq. mm - 0.163 sq. mm. On the 15-pin HD connectors, the 10 pins that are used for VGA, SVGA, XGA and SXGA signals are presented at the screw terminals, and have printed legending (R, G, B, H, V plus their screens) for ease of use. Connector block dimensions 15.5mm x 10.5mm, depth behind panel 15.5mm. Note: A jeweller’s screwdriver with a maximum blade width of 1.5mm is required for termination.
