The DAB 50 DAB+/FM tuner has been designed for installations where space is a premium. Removable rack ears means desk mounting is an option, however for more security the unit can be fixed into a 1U space of a 19 inch rack.
An LCD screen displays the frequency and/or radio station pre-set along with scrolling radio text. The time and date are automatic and radio controlled for accuracy. Front panel illuminated buttons make for easier operation in darker environments. The buttons give the user access to ten DAB+ memory pre-sets and ten FM memory pre-set stations. Pre-sets can also be recalled using the included IR remote. A rotary control gives the operator manual access to tuning or auto-scan. The rear panel houses stereo RCA (phono) outputs, a pair of balanced XLR outputs, and a fused IEC power inlet.
