This range of audio de-embedders from Muxlab has been designed to enable to extraction of audio from a video feed in applications such as AV installations, digital signage, boardroom systems, and home entertainment systems.
Muxlab 500514 has been designed to extract audio signals from a HDMI source or ARC-compatible TV and send them to an analogue stereo audio output and an S/PDIF digital audio output simultaneously. The device supports data rates up to 48Gbps to comply with HDMI and HDCP 2.3 requirements, and in addition, it allows the HDMI source to be looped out and extended to a local display. Other features include EDID management and cable equalization, therefore providing a solution for HDMI installations to send audio signals to a stereo audio or surround sound system.
Video resolution up to 8K/60Hz 4:2:0 12bit, 4K/120Hz 4:4:4 12bit are supported, as are HDMI protocols VRR, ALLM, QMS, QFT, SBTM. Audio formats include LPCM 7.1CH, Dolby True HD, Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master.
