Thimbles
Available in options to fit 3mm, 4-5mm, 6-7mm, 8mm, and 9-10mm diameter galvanised steel rope, see DOUGHTY SAFETY BONDS AND WIRE ROPE. These Doughty thimbles are used to reinforce cable loops and avoid wear. Cable grips can be used to fasten the wire to the wire return.
Cable Grips
Plated steel, for use with galvanised wire rope to form loops. Options available to fit 3mm, 4-5mm, 6-7mm, 8mm, and 9-10mm diameter wire rope.
Bow Shackles
These bow shackles have the ability to take loads from multiple directions.
Barrel Strainers
For fine adjustment or tensioning of rigging. An eye at each end, and rated SWL of 30kg. 125mm nominal closed length.
