Voice Technologies is a manufacturer of high-end miniature lavalier microphones, headworn microphones and earphones for broadcast, theatre, film, video and conference applications. Established in 1998 in Zurich, Switzerland, the company continues the long tradition of Swiss precision engineering and moulding, resulting in exceptional performance and reliability in their range of miniature and ultra-miniature devices.
The miniature lavalier and headworn microphones can be adapted to plug into the transmitter of virtually any brand of wireless system or hard-wired system. Note the microphone part of the headset is supplied unterminated and requires self termination or purchased with Voice Technologies Supply and Fit Connector of choice. The earphone part of the headset is equipped with a 3.5mm jack plug, ready for connection to most wireless IFB/cue receivers or other personal listening systems.
A combination of the VT700 headworn mic and VT600 earphone, the VT760MKII is a lightweight and noise attenuating professional headset for TV, film, video and 2 way radio applications, and is additionally useful in that it can be worn under many types of headwear. The earplug replaces the muff type headset used on the VT740 for lighter fit and gives 12 to 20 dB protection from moderate noise. A ‘one size fits all’ soft earplug is connected to the earphone VT600. An adjustable boom mic permits precise placement. The microphone is of a high sound quality electret type. The microphone capsule and boom are moisture protected by injection moulded housings. Cable length of 1.5m with diameter of 2mm.

A combination of the VT800 headworn mic and VT600 earphone, the VT860MKII has a tight cardioid pattern and frequency response engineered to meet most voice applications in TV, film, video and two-way radio applications, and is additionally useful in that it can be worn under many types of headwear. A ‘one size fits all’ soft earplug is connected to the earphone VT600. An adjustable boom mic permits precise placement. The flexible boom arm enables the user to position the microphone for optimum sound and gain before feedback. The 1.5m, 2mm diameter cable runs neatly to the back of neck for best concealment. The headband is highly resistant to corrosion and is easy to clean.
