LANDE RACKS - ES362 Series Cabinets - Assembled

These Lande ES362 Series rack cabinets are competitively-priced, floor-standing, 19 inch, steel-framed racks. Available in two widths, three depths, a range of heights and in a choice of grey or black finish, they are supplied fully assembled, with removable front and rear doors and side panels. The ES362 Series racks are also available supplied flat-packed.

See LANDE RACKS - ES362 Series Cabinets - Flat packed.

The racks are available in three depths, 600mm, 800mm or 1000mm. Each rack has four pillars forming the frame of the rack when fixed to the top and base frames. Horizontal cross-members fix to the pillars, front to back. Front and rear 'rack strip' mounting-profiles fix to flanges on the top and base frames, as well as the cross-members, and are adjustable through the depth of the cabinet. The mounting-profiles have two sets of perforations to take cage nuts, to fix equipment both in the open faces of the rack and accessories, such as shelves and chassis guides, inside the rack. 1U increments on each front face and are screen-printed with 'U' height measurements to aid installation.

All doors fit flush, within the cabinet, the front door is full length shatterproof smoked glass with extruded aluminium edges, inclusive of a coloured decorative trim. A single-point lock provides security, complete with a handle which sinks almost flush into the door when locked. Quick-release hinges facilitate the reversal of the opening direction of the door or its complete removal from the frame. To the rear of the rack a full height steel door is fitted. On 600mm wide models, the rear doors are plain steel, complete with a cylinder lock. On 800mm wide models, the rear door consists of two 'wardrobe style' steel doors; one door locking via spring-loaded, quick-release locking pins and the other door via a single point cylinder lock. The two steel side-panels fit to the bottom of the rack and have a cylinder lock at the top.

Note: If a traditional "Server" cabinet is required interchangeable mesh doors are available separately, see LANDE RACKS - Mesh doors for the ES362 series rack cabinets.

A 'pagoda style' roof sits spaced 10mm above the top frame. This removable roof allows for the fitting or maintenance of a roof-mounted fan-tray without affecting the construction of the cabinet frame or any equipment mounted within the cabinet. On 800mm wide models the roof has an integrated, brush-strip entry-point on each side. The bottom frame includes a large cable-entry point, with an integrated, rubber-edged, sliding-plate to hold cables in place and prevent dust ingress. Racks are supplied fitted with heavy duty castors and include a set of levelling feet, each with a maximum load of 600kg per set of four. Note that castors and levelling feet cannot be used together.

The 800mm wide cabinets offer considerable space at either side of the mounting profiles, which are mounted on spacers to the horizontal cross-members and top and base frames. Optional, vertical, wire-mesh cable-management frames, complete with aluminium covers, can be front-mounted to the spacer blocks.

Note (1): Height without castors, levelling feet or plinth. Add 30mm when using levelling feet, 80mm when using heavy duty castor set and 100mm when using a modular plinth.

Maximum depth for equipment: Nominal depth minus 20mm.
Maximum load: 600kg with or without levelling feet, 600kg with heavy duty castors.
Finish: Light grey, RAL 7035, or black, RAL 9005, powder coat.

Design change information

The rear door of this range has been modified. Previously, rear doors on all models 26U and above were fitted between two 200mm high blank panels, with smaller models having a full-height rear door. All models, regardless of height will now transition to a full-height rear door.

During the change-over period, Canford will be supplying both old and new designs, while old stocks are replaced with new designs. Canford UK Sales should be contacted on 0191 418 1122 or International Sales on +44 191 418 1133 if these changes are critical to the proposed application, to advise which design is currently available.
