This category 6a plug is die-cast and ruggedised. Rated to IP66 it is built to be used in a wide range of demanding environments. Using the industry standard latch-locking mechanism (compatible with the Canford 'universal' series), it offers a secure connection that comfortably conforms to Cat6A.
Designed for field termination but also appropriate for assembly operations, these connectors are suitable for use with cables ranging from 4.5 - 8mm outer diameter (2x retaining gaskets supplied for different cable sizes).

46-746 WACSG CAT6A RUGGEDISED FEED-THROUGH COUPLER, IP68
This category 6A coupler is rated to IP68 and enables cables to be connected without the need for other IP rated components. Robust and fire retardant it is suitable for environments where dust and water are a concern. The coupler can also be panel mounted using the supplied nut.
Suitable for cables with outer diameters of 5.2 - 8.2mm. Accepts most RJ45 cable assemblies (Cat6A, Cat6 or Cat5E) but not suitable for use with field assembly plugs.
