"Krone" type connection system components are nowadays available from TUK Ltd and Commscope (USA). The original Krone company no longer operates. Products from both companies are fully interchangeable and are effectively identical. The product type numbers, eg. 237A, are British Telecom references who originally were the bulk user of this type of connection system and who specified the blocks and accessories. All modules supplied by Canford have 100 micron plating (other manufacturers exist who use thinner contact plating – beware!).
