With HDMI Mini C plugs at one end, and Mini C or type A plugs at the other, these robust cables have screened cable with gold-plated plug contacts and moulded plastic shell and strain relief. Cables utilise 30AWG wires.
HDMI Mini C is a connector defined in the HDMI v1.3 specification and is intended for portable devices. It keeps the standard 19 pins used in the Type A connector, but shrinks it down to 2.4mm x 10.4mm.
The term HDMI v1.4 is no longer used to describe an HDMI cable and instead is referred to as 'High speed with Ethernet', For further information on HDMI Standards, go to www.hdmi.org.
