NJ6TB-V 3 pole, 6.35mm PC-mounting jack sockets, all contacts switched ('normalled'). Separation of the mechanical latch and electrical contacts means that a high retention force can be achieved together with low insertion pressure. It also means that the pressure on the electrical contacts is reduced, so that they can be hard-gold plated. They contact and latch with B-gauge jacks. They are not suitable for use with A-gauge jacks.
They have PCB contacts on the rear face, for use with a vertical PCB (at right angles to the axis of the connector), and have both a fixing stud and a screw recess. The cap snaps into place, for rapid panel fixing (1.2mm-1.5mm thickness). Mounting-hole diameter 12.0mm.
