Large cable drums loaded with a lot of cable can be extremely heavy and difficult to manoeuvre. Often they will exceed ‘safe lifting’ weights. This series of heavy-duty trolleys are designed to work with the Canford CD4600, CD4700 and CD4800 series high capacity steel drums, to enable them to be handled easily and safely.
They have a welded steel frame, powder coated black, and are fitted with 140mm diameter solid rubber wheels, two fixed and two swivelling. Types CDT4700B and CDT4701B are fitted with locking brakes on two of the wheels.
