Following the date change due to the snap General Election, the two day ABTT exhibition will open its doors from 10am, 6th June 2017 in the West Hall of Alexandra Palace, London, N22 7AY.
Canford are exhibiting from Stand E31 where we’ll be showing Tecpro, our incredibly reliable, UK manufactured wired intercom. Tecpro is an analogue two wire (partyline/ring) system. Up to four independent, full duplex comms circuits can be created. Tecpro can be interfaced with other wired and wireless products, and should be considered for both touring and fixed install applications.
We’ll also be demonstrating Green GO, a multi-award winning digital intercom system. Green GO is manufactured in the Netherlands and exclusively distributed in UK and Ireland by Canford. This IP comms system is proving revolutionary. Canford will demonstrate the exceptional audio clarity, minimal latency and great versatility which has recently been extended with the introduction of the licence-free DECT wireless belt pack and Network Bridge Interface solutions.
Green GO intercom has already been successfully deployed at major festival tours and used to connect remote locations around the globe to a Green GO networked event. Uniquely, the system does not use a base station or central matrix. Instead, each component stores all system settings and configuration data locally. This improves reliability and makes for a cost effective and scalable IP comms system.
Canford Product Manager Mike Reay will demonstrate the Green GO Bridge Interface at ABTT. Visitors to the Canford stand will be able to communicate live with our colleague Michael Adams who will be speaking from Greece.
ABTT 2017 also presents an ideal opportunity for consultants, system designers and installers of cabling to learn about the new Construction Product Regulation (CPR). Effective from July 2017, CPR will determine which cable types are suitable for fixed installation. Canford are hosting a CPR Cable Seminar to share information which will help attendees better understand the regulations, identify authorised cable types and ensure installations comply with the law. The event is free to attend and will be delivered in partnership with DRAKA Cables. Are you ready…? Register here.
