The popular, industrial DIN-rail mounting system allows terminals and other equipment to be mounted easily, and this handy frame helps this system to be integrated with 19” rack components.
The frame occupies a non-standard 1.5U height to allow maximum density of terminals in large installations, whilst maintaining sufficient space for cable access. Blank 0.5U panels are available separately, see CANFORD RACKPANEL - FULL RACK WIDTH - Blank rack panels, 19 inch. The design includes a recessed strip (430mm) of asymmetric, 32mm DIN-rail, with a lacing-bar behind.
